A bit about my approach to therapy
The world can be overwhelming. From normal daily tasks to attempting to reach your goals and dreams, it may seem too daunting. When navigating your life, you do not have to do it alone. Imagine me as your co-pilot on this journey. You are an expert on yourself, but even experts can use help. I work with clients by incorporating evidence-based modalities in therapeutic counseling, as well as holistic approaches, to create a compassionate and safe space. As we progress in our sessions, depending on how you feel, we may also use creative approaches such as art, meditation, and somatic practices to help you get to the root of your struggles.
